Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a convenient location for visiting Healdsburg and exploring the Sonoma Wine Country. The rooms, while private, could benefit from renovation. The service was friendly and helpful, although there were some issues with hot water. The dining experience was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely lovely. The rooms were spotless and recently decorated, making them a delight to stay in during my 5-night visit for my nephew's wedding. The service was top-notch, with a very efficient check-in and check-out process, though some unhappy guests seemed to have a different experience. The location was convenient to downtown and many wineries, providing a perfect escape after exploring. However, the breakfast offering was underwhelming, almost shocking in its lack of variety. Overall, a great stay with a few hiccups.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room we had, overlooking the courtyard, was comfortable and clean, although the soap provided left a soapy mess in the pool of water after one use. The service was friendly and professional, adding to a positive experience. The location was convenient for winery visits but lacked character. Dining options were decent, and the facilities were satisfactory.
